Booking terms

These terms govern direct bookings for the Pigneto Suite apartment in Rome through this website.

The booking is personal and refers to the dates and number of guests entered during checkout.

The total price shown before payment includes the stay, any cleaning fee and tourist tax/contribution where configured in the system.

Payment is handled through Stripe. The booking is confirmed after successful payment and receipt of confirmation.

Stays in Rome may be subject to the tourist tax/contribution under Roma Capitale regulations.

The website calculates the contribution based on available configuration; exemptions or legal changes will be handled according to the rules applicable at the time of stay.

Up to 7 days before check-in: 100% refund. Between 3 and 7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days before: no refund.

Any payment circuit fees or special conditions will be assessed case by case according to law and provider conditions.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The declared number of guests may not be exceeded. The guest is responsible for their own conduct and for accompanying guests.

The guest agrees to use the property with care and to respect quiet hours, condominium rules, local regulations and instructions received before arrival.

If these codes are not yet filled in, they must be completed before final commercial publication.

Italian law applies. Disputes will follow applicable jurisdiction rules; where validly agreed, the indicated court is Foro di Roma.
