This notice covers the Pigneto Suite website and the direct booking flow for the apartment in Rome.

Identification and contact details entered in the booking form: first name, last name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests and optional notes voluntarily submitted.

Technical data necessary for website operation and security, such as technical logs, strictly necessary session identifiers and browser-generated information.

Payment data is handled by Stripe. This website does not store full card numbers or payment credentials.

Managing booking requests, creating the payment session, confirming the stay and operational communications: pre-contractual and contractual necessity.

Tax, accounting, tourist tax and legal obligations related to short-term rentals or tourist accommodation: legal obligation.

Fraud prevention, service abuse prevention, dispute management and website security: legitimate interest.

Any non-essential communications will only be sent with specific consent where required.

Data may be processed by technical providers necessary for the service: Hostinger for hosting, infrastructure and technical logs; Stripe for payments; Resend for transactional emails; Cloudinary for images and assets.

Where legally required, data may be disclosed to competent authorities, tax bodies, Roma Capitale or other public entities entitled to receive it.

Providers are selected for GDPR-consistent roles and process data under instructions or under their own notices where they act as independent controllers.

Booking data is retained for the time necessary to manage the stay and then for applicable tax, accounting and legal limitation periods.

Requests that do not result in a booking may be retained only for the time necessary to manage the conversation and perform anti-fraud checks.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under Articles 15-22 GDPR where applicable.
