A former working-class district, a set for Rossellini and Pasolini, today the place Rome goes for a drink. Murals on the house walls, a market in the morning, a pedestrian street that fills up at eight in the evening. The centre is fifteen minutes away by metro, but here the city is still real.

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Check-in is self service: you get the code and detailed access instructions the day before arrival, so you can arrive whenever you like without waiting for anyone.
Up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. You choose the number of guests when booking because it affects the tourist tax.
There is a €40.00 cleaning fee, charged once and independent of how long you stay. You always see it in the summary before paying: nothing extra is added on arrival.
The Rome tourist tax is €7.00 per person per night, applied for a maximum of 10 nights: from the following night you pay nothing. It is already included in the total you see.
From 7 days before check-in: 100% refund. Between 3 and 7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days before: no refund. The refund goes back to the same card used for the payment.
